  • 3 cups strawberries (frozen (thawed), or fresh)
  • 3 Tbsp honey Adjust for sweetness if desired.
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 140 to 170 degrees F, or as low as your oven will go. Line a sheet-pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Add strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the fruit mixture onto the lined sheet-pan and spread it out to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.

Drying

  • Place the sheet-pan in the oven for 4 to 6 hours, depending on your oven temperature, until the middle is no longer tacky.

Final Touches

  • Cool completely and then remove the sheet-pan. Use clean scissors or a pizza cutter to trim off the edges and cut the roll-ups into 1-inch wide strips.

Notes

Store your homemade fruit roll-ups in an airtight container; they can last at room temperature for a week or longer in the fridge. For longer storage, consider freezing them.
