Ingredients
  

Steak Strips

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak cut into strips

Honey Glaze

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, olive oil, and smoked paprika to create the glaze.
  • Add steak strips to the glaze and toss until evenly coated.
  • Place steak strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry for 7–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until edges are caramelized and crispy.
  • Remove and let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

Double the glaze if you prefer more sauce. Adjust sweetness to taste, or add chili flakes for heat. Serve with rice, in wraps, or on skewers for a fun twist.
