  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with canola or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can use fresh garlic if preferred
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the green beans by snapping off the ends.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • The green beans are done when crisp and golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve immediately while hot or warm, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
