Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound Salmon fillets Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For coating the salmon
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs For coating the salmon

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • to taste Sriracha Add for spice level

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
  • Season the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  • Lightly coat the salmon with olive oil.
  • Dip each piece into the panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Making the Sauce

  • While salmon is cooking, mix equal parts mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce, adding sriracha to taste.

Serving

  • Serve the salmon bites hot with the bang bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

For an elegant presentation, drizzle additional bang bang sauce over the plated salmon bites and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
