  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 375°F. While it heats up, slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Mix Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to ensure even coating.

Air Frying

  • Place the mixture in the air fryer basket, making sure to spread it out evenly (avoid overcrowding). Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to allow even cooking.
  • You know it’s ready when the sausage is brown, and vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
