  • 6 large dill pickles halved lengthwise and centers scooped

Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Cut pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to form boats.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl until smooth. Fill pickle halves with the mixture.
  • Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten egg, and panko. Dip each stuffed pickle in flour, egg, then press into panko to coat.
  • Spray air fryer basket and pickles with cooking spray. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Dry pickles well before stuffing to prevent sogginess. Chill before breading for best results. Bake at 425°F if air fryer isn’t available.
