  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed You can customize by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta Can substitute with penne or another pasta shape.
  • 2 cups homemade Alfredo sauce For a richer flavor, consider using store-bought sauce for convenience.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning (optional) Adds additional flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, thawed broccoli, cooked fettuccine, and Alfredo sauce.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, if using.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, allow them to cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days. To reheat, place in the oven until warmed through.
