Alfredo Lasagna Ingredients

  • 12 sheets Lasagna noodles No-boil or regular, according to preference.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 3 cups Ricotta cheese Can substitute with cottage cheese.
  • 3 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese For layering and topping.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer with lasagna noodles, followed by ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella on top.

Cooking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Cooling and Storing

  • Allow the lasagna to cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • For longer storage, freeze portions for up to 3 months.

Notes

Ensure the lasagna is cooled properly before refrigeration. When reheating, moisture can be retained by covering with foil.
