  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz coconut milk
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup Ensure it's vegan-friendly if needed.

Garnish

Preparation

  • Add all the liquid ingredients—tequila, Aperol, Cointreau, coconut milk, lime juice, and simple syrup—into a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid completely. Seal it tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Prepare your glass by rimming the edge with lime juice and dipping it into Tajin to coat the rim evenly.
  • Fill the glass with ice and carefully strain the cocktail mixture into the glass over the fresh ice.
  • Garnish your Aperol Coconut Margarita with a lime wheel and marigold flower for beautiful presentation.

Notes

For best results, use chilled ingredients and a frozen glass. Experiment with sweetness and various garnishes according to taste.
