Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 6 strips bacon, chopped Crispy for added texture
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix For flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter option

  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for around 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and allow it to cook for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, stir in the shredded cheese until it melts into the sauce. Add the crispy bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top for color before serving. Enjoy your Bacon Ranch Chicken!

Notes

For best flavor, serve hot. This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or a side salad. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
