Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Take each pickle from the jar, drain them, and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Cut each slice of bacon in half.
  • Wrap each pickle with a half slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  • Place the wrapped pickles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. To reheat, warm them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
