  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Consider panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs Beaten, for coating.
  • Cooking spray For greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Dip each chicken tender in the egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Coat each tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to ensure a thick layer adheres.
  • Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out.
  • Spray the top with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or frozen for up to 2 months. For reheating, use an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
