  • 1 pound chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional) Add for extra crunch and nutrition
  • Cooked rice for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the orange chicken sauce over it.
  • If desired, add broccoli florets around the chicken.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the sauce is bubbling around the edges.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice if desired.

Notes

Serve with sesame seeds or chopped green onions and pair with a refreshing drink. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
