  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust according to sweetness preference
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
