Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 3 cups Oil for frying Ensure oil is hot enough

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust to spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Preparation

  • Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each chicken tenderloin first in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with panko.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towels and drizzle with the bang bang sauce before serving.

Notes

Bang Bang Chicken is best served hot and fresh. Serve it with rice or salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
