Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha to taste

Preparation

  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken tenderloin in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.

Serving

  • Once the chicken is done, drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top and serve hot.

Notes

To store leftovers, place the Bang Bang Chicken in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or a skillet to maintain its crispy texture. You can add spices to the panko mixture for extra flavor, such as garlic powder or paprika.
