Ingredients

  • Skewers (wooden or metal) If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust for heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into pieces suitable for skewering and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling

  • Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and brush with the bang bang sauce.
  • Serve warm, drizzling extra sauce over the top if desired.
