  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Any cheese blend works great.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced Adds crunch and flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the flatbread, ensuring full coverage.
  • Generously top with shredded chicken, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Add the thinly sliced red onion over the cheese.

Cooking

  • Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are lightly golden.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
  • Slice into portions and serve hot.
