Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 packages ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • green onions (for garnish) Sliced for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large pot or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Allow the oil to shimmer for best results.
  • Add the sliced beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they become tender and vibrant green.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; continue to cook for 1 minute until the mixture becomes aromatic.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; stir to combine everything thoroughly.

Cooking

  • In the meantime, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain the noodles and add them to the beef and broccoli mixture.
  • Toss everything together gently until well mixed and heated through, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions for added flavor and a pop of color.
