  • 4 oz Goat cheese Crumble over the salad.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1 large Cucumber Diced.
  • 5 pieces Radishes Sliced thin.
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Can substitute with red wine vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and avocado.
  • Crumble goat cheese over the salad.

Dress the Salad

  • In a small jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Shake to mix.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
