Ingredients
  

For the Special Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef Use leaner ground beef for a healthier option.
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese You can switch the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese variety.
  • Dill pickle slices Optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well until combined.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the meat is browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • On each tortilla, spread a generous amount of the special sauce. Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if you like.

Serving

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Big Mac Wraps are best served fresh. You can cut them in half for easier eating. They pair well with fries or a simple side salad.
