Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Maple syrup is a vegan option.
  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder Approximately 50g.
  • 1 tablespoon Rainbow sprinkles For decoration and color.
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla or almond extract

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the natural creamy peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup). Heat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds until slightly warm, then stir until completely smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla protein powder, a pinch of salt, and either vanilla or almond extract. Mix until a thick, pliable dough forms. If the mixture appears too dry, add a teaspoon of milk.
  • Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles, taking care not to overmix to prevent the colors from bleeding into the dough.
  • Scoop out one tablespoon of dough at a time and roll it between your palms to create a smooth ball.
  • For an extra festive touch, consider rolling the finished protein balls in additional sprinkles.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm them up before enjoying.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. These balls can be frozen for up to three months. Enjoy chilled for best texture.
