  • 2 slices Bread Toasted
  • 2 leaves Lettuce Crisp and fresh
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Generously spread on bread
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground for flavor

Preparation

  • Cook bacon until crispy. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  • Toast the bread until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon on one slice of bread.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then top with the other slice of bread.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For an elegant presentation, cut diagonally and serve on a plate. Ideal pairings include crispy potato chips or a light salad. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil for added flavor.
