Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 13.8 ounce refrigerated pizza crust Use a tube of refrigerated pizza crust for convenience.
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil For brushing the crust.

Egg Mixture

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter For scrambling the eggs.

Toppings

  • 15 ounce can Libbys Country Sausage Gravy Use as a base layer.
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon pieces

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425F degrees and spray a large baking sheet (10" x 15") with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread the pizza crust into the pan, stretching it to the edges, and brush with olive oil.
  • Poke the crust with a fork and bake for about 7 minutes until light brown.

Egg Scramble

  • Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and milk.
  • In a preheated pan, melt butter and scramble the egg mixture on low to medium heat until fluffy.

Assembly and Baking

  • Remove crust, spread sausage gravy on top, add scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and bacon pieces.
  • Bake for another 6-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm it in the oven or microwave until heated through. For extra flavor, try adding chopped vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the scrambled eggs.
