Ingredients
  

For the Coffee

  • 2 shots Espresso Use freshly ground espresso beans for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Half-and-half Use fresh, high-quality half-and-half for the best results.

Optional Flavorings

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla syrup For a vanilla flavored breve.
  • 1 tbsp Caramel syrup For a caramel flavored breve.
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut syrup For a hazelnut flavored breve.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brew two shots of espresso using an espresso machine.
  • Pour the half-and-half into a frothing pitcher.
  • Use a steam wand to heat and froth the half-and-half until creamy.
  • Pour the steamed half-and-half over the brewed espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  • Spoon the remaining foam on top of the drink.
  • Add any optional flavorings, if desired.
  • Enjoy your rich and velvety breve coffee!
