Ingredients
  

Brioche Cup Base

  • 6 slices Brioche bread Cut into 1-inch squares
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Grease the muffin tin

Optional Fillings

  • 1-2 tablespoons Cheese, vegetables, or fruits Add as desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the brioche bread into 1-inch squares and gently press them into a greased muffin tin to form little cups.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  • Pour the egg mixture into each brioche cup, filling them about ¾ full.
  • Add optional fillings into the cups.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Brioche cups can be served warm or at room temperature. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap each cup individually and place them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
