Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the glaze over the kielbasa pieces and mix to ensure they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
