  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover cooked chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Available in most grocery stores.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with your favorite dip.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package pizza dough Can substitute with gluten-free dough.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Stir until well coated.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches.
  • Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
  • Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly to create a log, taking care not to squish the filling out.
  • Place the rolled dough seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the top of the rolled dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

For unique twists, consider using crescent rolls instead of pizza dough or adding diced jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
