Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 2 pieces boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 piece cucumber, chopped
  • 1 piece avocado, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

For the Dressing

  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the chicken chunks and buffalo sauce. Mix together until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce, about 1-2 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped lettuce, shredded carrots, chopped celery, cucumber, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese. Toss everything together until well combined, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • For the dressing, mix the ranch dressing with the remaining buffalo wing sauce in a small bowl or jar.

Serving

  • Serve the salad on plates or in bowls and offer the dressing on the side so everyone can drizzle their desired amount on top.

Notes

For best results, serve chilled or at room temperature. Use large lettuce leaves as wraps for a fun presentation.
