  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy blending.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to your heat preference.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing You can substitute with blue cheese dressing for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divide into two portions for topping.
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese This is optional.
  • Chopped green onions for garnish Add for a nice presentation.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Alternatively, combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place back in the oven or microwave until warm.
