Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 2 large chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery seed
  • Fresh pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced celery
  • Blue cheese crumbles For topping
  • Ranch dressing For drizzling

Lettuce Wraps

  • 2 heads of lettuce (Romaine or iceberg, rinsed and patted dry)

Cooking Chicken

  • In a large pan, cook the chicken over medium-high heat with 1/2 cup of water. Use two forks to shred the chicken while it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. By the time it’s fully cooked, all the water should have evaporated.
  • Once the chicken is shredded, reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter and olive oil, stirring until melted and fully combined.
  • Pour in the Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce, followed by the celery seed and fresh pepper to taste. Stir everything together and let it heat through for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the thinly sliced celery, allowing it to mix with the flavors.

Assembling Wraps

  • To assemble the wraps, take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it into the center of a lettuce leaf.
  • Finish by sprinkling with blue cheese crumbles and drizzling a little ranch dressing on top.
  • Serve immediately while still warm for the best taste experience!
