Instructions
 

Cooking the Corn

  • In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the kernels are tender and bright yellow.

Preparing the Butter Mixture

  • While the corn cooks, melt the butter in the microwave or on low heat on the stove until completely liquid.
  • Stir in the honey, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste, mixing well until combined.

Coating the Corn

  • Once the corn has cooked, use tongs to remove it from the pot.
  • Generously brush the butter-honey mixture over the hot corn using a pastry brush.
