Preparation

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal later.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butter. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing it to set completely.
  • Once set, lift out using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes
