  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions (8-10 minutes for al dente), then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Cajun sausage for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese. Stir well until bubbling and slightly thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta and toss gently for about 2 minutes until well-coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
