Preparation

  • Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream, stirring continuously.
  • Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce and steak tips, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra heat, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning. Make sure not to overcook the steak tips; keep an eye on them as they can cook quickly. This dish pairs nicely with a simple green salad or garlic bread.
