Dressing

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use tamari for gluten-free version.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Sprinkle before serving.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, imitation crab meat, and avocado.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Mixing

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
