Filling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and press to form a crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing just until blended.
  • Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly combined.

Baking

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smooth the top with a spatula, and drizzle caramel sauce over it. Swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
