  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded) Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli Store-bought or homemade garlic aioli can be used.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
  • 4 large tortillas You can use whole wheat, corn, or gluten-free tortillas.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust based on preference.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken on each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly to wrap the filling inside.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.

Notes

Serve warm with extra garlic aioli for dipping. Add fresh veggies like lettuce or tomatoes for crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat.
