  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cool whip or stabilized whipped cream You can substitute with homemade whipped cream.

Mix-ins

  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling Adjust quantity based on preference for cherry flavor.
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, cheesecake instant pudding mix, vanilla extract, milk, and cool whip until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently stir in the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows until well mixed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

Serving

  • Serve in individual cups or bowls. Optionally, top with extra cherry pie filling or crushed graham crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Gently stir before serving again as some separation may occur. You can try different pie fillings, like strawberry or blueberry, or mix in crushed cookies or nuts for added crunch.
