Pizza Base

  • 1 can biscuits For the pizza base.

Toppings

  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned chicken breast, diced Use cooked chicken, rotisserie chicken is a time-saver.
  • 1 cup homemade Alfredo sauce Store-bought can also be used.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Adjust for cheesier preference.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • as needed Olive oil for brushing For a golden crust.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the biscuits and arrange them in a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with the Alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning. Spread this mixture over the biscuit base.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Brush the edges with olive oil for a golden crust.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm, cut into slices or squares for easy sharing. Pairs well with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Garnish with fresh basil or crushed red pepper for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
