  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Experiment with different cheeses for a unique twist.
  • 1/2 cup tortilla chips (optional, for crunch) Add for extra crunch if desired.
  • Cooking spray or oil, for grilling Ensure skillet is hot enough before cooking.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  • Lay a large tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla chips, if using.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling to create a wrap.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or oil.
  • Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes
