  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown.

Cooking

  • Stir in the cooked bacon.
  • Add the ranch dressing mix and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheese until the cheese has melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the pasta; it should be al dente to maintain a good texture. For extra flavor, add some freshly minced garlic or sautéed onions with the chicken. You can use rotisserie chicken to save time; just shred it instead of cooking the chicken from scratch.
