Main Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas Use any type of tortilla.
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded Using leftover chicken saves time.
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Feel free to substitute with your favorite cheese.
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped Cook until crispy.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Add more or less depending on preference.
  • 1/2 cup green leaf lettuce, chopped Can substitute with any salad greens.
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup homemade ranch dressing Store-bought ranch can be used as well.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Bacon

  • Cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
  • Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces and set aside.

Assembling the Wrap

  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Spread homemade ranch dressing on each tortilla, covering edge to edge.
  • On one half of each tortilla, layer the shredded rotisserie chicken, followed by cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and sliced green onions.
  • Carefully fold the tortilla over the filling, pressing gently to secure the contents.

Cooking the Wrap

  • If desired, preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the wrap on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • Remove from heat and slice the wrap in half to serve.

Notes

These wraps can be served warm or at room temperature. Consider pairing them with ranch dressing or fresh salsa. If you want to prep ahead, cook bacon in bulk for easy assembly.
