  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, for about 6-8 minutes per side, until golden brown and no longer pink. Remove from heat and let cool before slicing.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, chopped romaine, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until well combined.

Serving

  • Plate the Chicken Caesar Pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For a fresh presentation, serve in shallow bowls or on large platters. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread and enjoy with a crisp white wine.
