Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

A hearty pasta salad that combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with tender rotini or fusilli, creamy dressing, succulent chicken, crisp romaine, and juicy cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken

  • 8 ounces pasta (such as rotini or fusilli) Cooked al dente.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.

Vegetables

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Can swap for other types of lettuce.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Add more or less based on preference.

Additional Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Optional, can be omitted for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For extra flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use quality dressing for best flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and grated parmesan.

Mixing

  • Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss until well coated.
  • Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended. To serve warm, slightly heat the pasta before mixing.
