  • 1 cup shredded chicken Can use leftover or rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon Cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup croutons Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic Parmesan dressing Store-bought or homemade

Instructions

Preparation

  • Boil your pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, croutons, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle the creamy garlic Parmesan dressing over the salad.
  • Toss gently until every ingredient is well-coated, being careful not to crush the croutons.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for a fresh flavor explosion, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best flavor, serve chilled. Consider garnishing with extra grated Parmesan or freshly cracked pepper. Great to pair with light white wine or lemonade.
