  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Buy or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Fresh and crisp.
  • to taste black pepper For seasoning.
  • optional croutons Optional for extra crunch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust instructions, usually around 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Caesar dressing. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Take your prepared pizza crust and spread the chicken mixture evenly over its surface, ensuring to reach the edges.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake according to the instructions for your crust, typically around 10-12 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the remaining Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
  • Top the pizza generously with the dressed romaine mixture, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, and add croutons if desired.
  • Cut the pizza into slices and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use a pre-baked crust and allow the chicken to be at room temperature before mixing. This pizza pairs well with a green salad or garlic bread, and drinks like lemonade or iced tea.
