  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Lay out each tortilla flat on a clean surface and place a generous portion of the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, making sure the filling is secured. Then, roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, forming a compact wrap.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving.

Notes

Serve warm or chilled with veggie sticks or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and keep for up to 2 months.
