Wrap Filling

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce Fresh and crunchy
  • 1 slice thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled Adds flavor
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken Leftover chicken works perfectly
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese Optional for extra flavor
  • 1/4 cup croutons For crunch
  • 1 large flour tortilla To wrap the filling

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Roughly chop the croutons, then stir them into the filling mixture.
  • Microwave the tortilla for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to roll.
  • Spread the lettuce mixture down the middle of the tortilla.
  • Fold in the two sides of the tortilla, then roll up like a burrito.
  • Cut the wrap in half to serve.

Notes

Serve with extra croutons or a small dish of Caesar dressing on the side. They can be enjoyed warm or cold. For a complete meal, serve with fresh fruit or potato chips.
