Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

Shaping and Filling

  • Lay a sheet of parchment paper on your counter and spread the chicken mixture into a flat rectangle.
  • Layer slices of ham across the chicken mixture, then sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  • Carefully roll the chicken mixture into a loaf, sealing the edges.
  • Place the loaf in a greased loaf pan or on a lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  • If the top browns too quickly, lightly tent the meatloaf with foil.
  • After baking, spread marinara sauce generously over the top.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
